With expertise in public policy analysis and project management, I am well-equipped to conduct concise and impactful studies that support policymakers. I specialise in analysing the drivers of public policy adoption and the mechanisms shaping dominant narratives in the public sphere.

Holding a Master’s degree in International Relations and Trade, in which I graduated top of my class, I have developed strong expertise in geostrategic analysis, international negotiations, and global public policy.

I further honed my project management skills through a professional Master’s degree led by Thomas Ribémont, former president of Action Against Hunger. This bilingual (French-English) programme equipped me with technical expertise in designing, managing, and evaluating international projects in line with donor requirements. I received training in Project Cycle Management, logical frameworks, key performance indicators, and both qualitative and quantitative impact assessment methodologies.

My academic research has focused on migration policies. I have analysed tens of thousands of parliamentary and administrative documents, as well as interest group statements. Additionally, I have compared traditional media—television and print press—with Twitter and conducted hundreds of interviews with policymakers, interest group representatives, and journalists.

My PhD thesis explored access to healthcare for irregular migrants in France and the United States, analysing why these policies remained stable over the long term (1970–2016) despite frequent controversies and legal reforms. I focused on the discourse of interest groups and its influence on public administrations, legislators, and print media. I also examined dominant narratives in both countries.

As part of my postdoctoral research, I examined how certain migration narratives gain traction in the public sphere. My work specifically analysed how media discourse influences political decision-making in France, particularly in relation to migration-related events such as terrorism, the Islamic veil, asylum seekers, and irregular migrants.

As a research associate, I studied policies addressing underserved medical areas in France. This research assessed the impact of parliamentary proposals on public policy, with a particular focus on radical opposition initiatives unlikely to be implemented.
